Refund policy
All PRINTS and FRAMES are Non-returnable and Not refundable. PRINT SALES ARE FINAL.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK has a 7 day exchange policy. A 20% restocking fee applies. You may return and exchange the piece for another piece of equal or lesser value to the piece purchase less the restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The painting must be returned in PERFECT condition and return shipped with insurance for the equivalent value. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged during transit. Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during shipping. Please email detailed photos of the package and damage so we may begin the insurance claim process, Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item about any damage or the return/refund is not possible. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
