Please anticipate that Packing and Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days. 

If you receive a damaged item please email us at melissepintoart@gmail.com with your information and a photo of the item and the packaging. We must receive your claim within 48 hours of delivery in order to send you a replacement.
